Founder and current GM, Jim is an experienced manager with over 20 years of experience. He is also a licensed REALTOR® with Realty Executives Arizona Territory where he oversees Real Estate transactions regularly. He is a proud father of 3, and avid trail rider, and a bit of a tech geek. He is the marketing director for Moving Buddies and Clear Market Advantage - the Real Estate Team he founded with wife and business partner Elena Villaseñor.
